valve told us that we will get the benchmark on sept 30th... seperate from the game... ah who knows

naw ill still get the game.. i must admit im a little peeved that they did this 6 days before supposed release... since i had my system all upgraded, formated and ready to go.. and now i just wasted my time and money, but oh well.. whatcha gonna do?

its true... newer graphics cards, and newer games get a very small performance increase by moving to 16bit color.. mostly because they are tweaked to run in 32bit color. in the tnt days your framerate would get halved if you tried 32 bit

thats because awesome games take time to make.. and developers dont estimate good enough... half life has been nearly 8 years in the making. i think thats enough time. dont make any assumtions yet... cus when you ass-u-me... you make an ass out of u and me.

bah i will never believe any nvidia statements from now on

it looks both gpu and cpu to me... it has its fare share of nice visual effects.. but the physics have got to be very straining on the cpu

those are bad screenshots... they show hardly any dx9 features... load up the new movie that was released today, you will be missing alot of those features

since when does water cooling suck? water cooling is the best method of cooling down a hot cpu... and its very quiet too.. the noise from my pc is killing me slowly
