If You begin a new level, all quicksaves of the previus level are deleted How can I save a quicksave, so that at next play-through I could begin a certain level from that quicksave and not from the real begin of the level?

hello, my game has much lag in the places where one sees destroyed citadel in horizont. It's sometimes inpossible to play because of it, so I would delete that file How can I do it?
