episode 2: how to delete citadel file?

hello, my game has much lag in the places where one sees destroyed citadel in horizont. It's sometimes inpossible to play because of it, so I would delete that file
How can I do it?

Cant be done without the game having issues, just avoid looking at it or lower settings.

Well you could go into hammer and change the skybox, but you would really have to know what you're doing.
