Ok I am thrilled to hear HL2 is finally getting somewhere.. I already cancled my pre-order with gameplay.com and will get it from STEAM and later on get it BOXED to frame when I got more money. Now what confuses me I just pre-loaded HL2... so say next week it is released for pre-load 100%...

last i checked (last nigh) the x800 is nowhere near the price of a 9800 xt. I seen some good 9800 XT 256 cards for about 170 quid while most x800 are about nearer to 300. Also I got told the 9800 XT are better than 9800 pros. explain.

heh I been crying for TF2 since the first ever whisper of it.. many years. I can tell you with trust that its being play tested everyday (or so it was) and its running aone fine. Its hl2 engine and its a total diffrent game from hl2.. no mod.
