so u get the uk vat rate of 17.5 on top of the steam price when u order from the uk. so its about 40 quid for silver, when the retail is 27. this doesnt seem right to me, although u cant really compare the silver to the retail of hl2. i wish they would tell us how much dod:s and hl:s are to...

no one knows, as far as i know. the chance is no, they wont be free. valve have mentioned small charges for those games when getting them via stream. edit, what i said applys more to dod, some ppl were saying css is free, but i never saw valve say that, and it wouldnt really make sense.

i dont think u pay vat. isnt that only when u bring somthing into the uk from america, or buy somthing in the uk? i dont think they charge vat on bits down a cable yet.

yea hl2 retailt costs about 27 quid in the uk. so £33 for hl2, dod:s, ccs and hl:s is not bad. i would like a hard copy tho :( not sure which way to turn, retail or steam

it was scripted, ppl found out it was in the stolen beta, but it was ment to show how good it will be. if that happens when i play the game i will be impressed. it would be the best a.i i have ever seen. from the videos, the ai loooks very good to me

seeing as ati have a massive contract/agreement with valve, im sure they would know more than us/everyone else about the release date, and the feelings valve have about it coming out soon

yea i bet they cant wait to see all the money rolling in, they willl be richer than they already are
