Still, they could go out and buy a couple weights or a chin up bar and do a few before they go to work/bed. I could tell that that would be a significant challenge for a 400+ pound person, but dieting won't help.

Right now I'm running a 9500gt(1gb) and e6750(2.00ghz). I'd like to either upgrade to q9300(or around there), or a GTX460. Would the e6750 bottleneck the GTX460 if I were to buy it? Or would a q9300 bring an even more significant change in performance? Currently I'm playing WoW and Starcraft II...
