Well I got a preload of some sort, after the CSS update HL2 was back to 76%.

Mine is the worst situation I've heard of so far. It did the Unlocking HL2 files bit, the minor CSS update, but my HL2 preload went back down to 76%!! And I can't even pause it. =\
