Ditch the Pentiums, there just expensive in power terms. An Asus A7N8X Deluxe with an XP 2600+ would be powerful enough and also allow enough savings to put towards a great gfx card like a 9800np. no not worth the risk for a couple more frames a second. Changes your memory voltage, sounds risky. Just regular overclock works great for me.
