i wasnt aware you could just up and make a console game. i believe it requires a developer kit (i would assume they arent free) given to you by the console company, the correct programming tools, and a hell of a lot of knowledge about the console and what code to use.

open it up in model viewr and check on the collision model box, my bet is the model is probably rotated 90 degrees. if this is the case, just rotate the physics model 90 degrees in the modeling program and recompile it. this usually fixes the problem.
you dont need code for that, just make the turbo give it just enough extra juice to pop and hold a wheelie. you have full control over the vehicle script without needing to know c++. make a vehicle_jeep in a map and find its script, then dig it out of the gcf's and modify it to your needs, then...

yea just make a solid color texture at like 256x256. wont go into detail in how to compile the texture, other than it has to be compiled the same way as a map texture.
