Who knew a single blog post could fix so much? Now all I need to see is that BF3 will be on Steam. I could even live with having PB as long as i could purchase on Steam, after all, BC2 uses PB and works fine for me.

People wouldn't be in an uproar if the weapons were unlocked as you play the game, but aside from the DAO-12 being a day 1 unlock, the T88 LMG, the flash suppressor, and the shotgun flechette are completely exclusive.

Origin, booo. I guess i'm buying it in retail. I love the fact that you can customize your dogtags, but it would be cool if you could customize your knife so that when you stab someone, they can see the knife that killed them.

The underground portions of that map are amazing and I can't wait to get my hands on it. It makes me wonder what other maps in BF3 will become classics like Strike at Karkand did.

I think I want to build a new computer just for this. The short bits of Operation Metro looked amazing. The tank footage gives me hope that the singleplayer is going to be good.

TDM sounds like it could be interesting. I'm imagining something between counterstrike and Squad DM from bc2 on small versions of the multiplayer maps. edit: and OH SHIT CO-OP CAMPAIGN but no DETAILS!!!!
