GAME don't own EB, they took it over. EB-USA and EB-UK had a dispute and seperated. GAME then took over EB-UK and coverted the stores into GAME stores. So now there is no EB in the UK. Confusing, eh?

If you're not using it, would it be okay if I buy it off you? I'm desperate to play HL2, thanks in advance... Btw, I live in England, so if you live in the USA, there might be problems...

Well, I won't be able to run HL2. I have a 333mhz celeron, GeForce 2 MX400 (32mb) and 384mb ram... If only my processor was faster, but then again, I dunno anywhere or anyone that has a slot 1 processor for sale. ;( ;( ;(

Won't that be in the Strider video? Because it blasts Gordo with the 'reality gun' then sends him to that text sequecne. Personaly, I don't care whats on the videos, as long as we're getting HL2 footage at all, I don't care... :cool:

This thought just came to mind... Remember in another forum topic about the OICW scope? Well, it was pointed out that when you looked around, you could see a zoomed-in view of the surroundings in night-vision. Maybe, instead of being able to zoom, you can see the night-vis surroundings...

Can't wait for it! It'll be a good stop-gap until HL2 is out... hopefuly more than just a stop-gap even. The trailer was very good, although it needed some sounds to make it better. I just can't belive it's a flash game after seeing that movie...

Gabe stated in an interview that Prima worked closely with Valve during production of HL2 to make the books/guides. So expect there to be alot of info and expect 'em to be good. I might get them just to make a collection...

I plan to keep HL1, it's a pure classic. I wanna play it a few days before HL2's release, just to get me hyped up for it... :D

I thought HL1's music was excellent, and HL2's is just as good. They should release a HL1 and HL2 soundtrack in one, that'd be awesome! :D

It's the part where you see Gordon use the traps that Father Gregory (I think that's his name) has left in the old part of City 17. I can't wait to see this, it's one of the best, most action-packed parts. :D Although it's 11:25pm here in the U.K and I'm knackered. Good night.

I just thought, there are 5 different 'factions' in HL2: - The Black Mesa suvivors - Xen - The Combine - Rogue Police Force - Resistance fighters (okay, I know they are only City 17 civilians with guns... but they still count.) So that's gonna be alot of varied characters. Also...

Then again, the combine could have a ranknig system. In other words, the higher the rank = the better thier uniform is. However, I think the City 17 Police Force thoery might be true (I read about it somewhere.) But, hey... it was a thought. :cheese:

I also read somewhere that the Houndeyes WILL NOT return. I know it kinda sucks if it's true, but that means room for newer enemies. And as for infected humans... look at the attachment (I got from a PC Gamer UK.) It might not be one, but it looks alot different compared to the normal zombies.
