Usually depends on the OS. For XP, its F8, for 98 its ctrl.

Right. Ive tried overriding the refresh rates for openGL in my Nvidia options but in CS, or in any game for that matter, it still runs at 60Hz @ 800x600. My monitor can do 85Hz @ 1024x768. Im not sure what else to try to get teh refresh rate up. Its locked at 60FPS at the moment. Athlon...
