What do you mean especially online? If someone cheats offline it is none of your business, and it doesn't affect you whereas cheating online does, if you happen to be playing on the same server.
There is a building to right of where you press the switch, beside this building is boxes you work your way up, and then go across the rooftops.
If you follow this along you should be able to jump over using the trolley thing onto the other roofs.
Most of those things would take a long time to implement, seeing as no one has the VMFs.
Textures should technically be not too hard to change because you can just replace them, though the GCF files could pose a slight problem.
Actually from reading most of this post, I understand that people do just pick up a game, and buy it. Right or not, people should be reminded that this game, unusual to others in comparison, that it requires an internet connection.
If I went to a store and bought Planetside/Everquest (which I...
I think actually, instead of blaming Valve blame the place who sold it to you. Ultimately I feel it is their job to specifically state you need an internet connection, and the fact you won't be getting a refund once you've purchased it.

Clear a few things up, you cannot upgrade to silver with a retail package.
If you buy Half Life which will be outstandingly cheap, you can then have all the mods except DOD Source, Half Life Source and Counterstrike Condition Zero which you have to buy seperately.
