No they wont becuase they/the person used 3 public proxy servers when they hacked valve so they cant unless they say that they/the person did it. They cant track the person down even if they now what ip they used when they hacked valve. (this is things i have heared, but i have my soucres :P)

The Ati 9600 is worst then the ati 9500. So I would say that the FX5600 256ddram is mush better. 1) FX5600 have double more ram 2) FX5600 is faster/better.
