come on. lets not pretend we're being naive here because that would assume we're idiots. this isnt the first time you've leaped to the defense of religion were none was warrented. you'll probably do the same in the next thread that mentions religion which is a shame because it detracts from the topic at hand. it's a very effective way of steering the dicussion away from criticism and flipping it on the person critising by making them look intolerant of all religion in general. it's a pretty standard and transparent tactic that most of us have seen here time and again
