Is getting shot by a gang really rare in Britain really rare or something? because i think I've been desensitized to this kind of stuff, living near LA and all.

Seems strange that it's such big news but gun crime in the U.S. is plenty more common I guess.

Not yet, the investigation hasn't turned up anything, and everyones to scared to come forward. So meh.

While we're at it, we have a problem with prisons. They are overcrowded. Therefore, instead of releasing minor criminals, build more prisons, you government pricks.

except they never release the minor criminals, they always release the rapists/violent criminals/etc, and lock up the pot heads
