17 hours of killing bugs?

i hope this game doesn't turn out to be like this...i hope those combine guys are the best part(like the marines in hl1). squishing bugs ain't my cup of tea...thats why i couldn't finish hl1...

I want to PLAY!! not stand and talk to people all the time..
sure killing bugs all the time is not so fun, but i rather do that than

The bugs only appear to be in the prison sections, and the coastal area sections...

Doesn't seem too bad.. Plus they look bada$$.

I actually thought Zen was cool, I enjoyed that level - it was a nice change from the office type marine levels etc

have you lived under a rock for the past 3 years.... have you not seen any screenshots or videos. The combine are going to take up probably 70% of the game... which means there will be realistic tactical firefights opposed to bug swatting.

Even though i loved MGS2

It had more plot twists than it did action

Now they can't undo it, since not having any plot twists in MGS3 will actually BE a plot twist.

And according to the binks, you seem to fight more combine and zombies than you do aliens

Based upon reviews, it looks like HL2 is going to have a perfect combination of action, puzzles, plot, and character development.

I don't mind battling the Aliens. And I was quite fond of Xen.

And yes, Aliens is one of the best of the Alien series. Psh, Alien vs Predator will flop. Just rehashed ideas. There have been numerous Alien vs Predator comics. None story-wise very fab.
