How active are you when you record these? Is most of it sequenced? Because it would be cool to see some videos of you recording a track, if it has any appeal (I'm easy to please)

i make a loop out of several parts of a track with ableton and then record it live, riding the mixer channels and editing stuff as i feel like it. i might be able to make a video
