Something about all that looked... different. I don't know, it just seemed brighter then before, it didn't look as gritty and the acting seemed really broad and over the top. Granted, I know 24 was very silly at times, but that felt like they're aiming to make the entire thing seem over the top intentionally. Gah, I dunno - 24 was always over the top, there's just something about the look of this season that, to me, looks nothing like the previous. Just a hunch that makes me look at preview with a tinge of uncertainty.
New office/environemts look dull as ****, too. I miss C.T.U. already.

Also, Tony as the villian - who will be apprehended 15 or so episodes in before the unveiling of another villian - makes me sad.
