The article isn't very credible in my opinion.

In addition, there is decreasing crime throughout all of Georgia, I would be wary of attributing Kennesew's crime rate drop to gun laws.

Washington DC has a population of roughly 500,000 inhabitants ..toronto has a population of 4.5 million ..yet the murder rate in Washington is 30.8 per 100,000 inhabitants while the murder rate in toronto is 1.9 per 100,000 inhabitants. Toronto has stricter gun control than washington therefore using your logic gun control is effective .....
