360 Hd Deleted Without Doing Anything!!!

What the friggin hell!!! i was just about to play some elder scrolls and my whole god damn HD is gone!!!!! $500 for this console and it deletes its hard drive randomly!!

9 hours into elder scrolls!

Agreed, something is messed up...

I've never heard of such problems, and I've had mine since December... Use it every single day too.

Buy a 2nd hand n64 for $10 and works like new still to this day!!

I do believe these things come with a warranty. If it's new just take it back. If it won't be taken back complain to the manufacturer.

You got a warranty, take it back and get a new one. Its not hard to get those 9 hours of Oblivion back, just put the game in, leave it on for 9 hours, and viola.

Tough for you though, Pain. Faulty HDDs are not all that uncommon really, so just exchange it for a new one. No biggie.

Somebody always gets a dud :/

My first ps2 died early on, and I once went through 3 IBM hard drives in under a year! - each time losing a crap load of data. I've also have a x800 that was doa. It's annoying, but mistakes will always be made, especially with mass produced hi-tech equipment. Take the opportunity to go sit in the sun, and enjoy your new 360 when it arrives

My original Playstation (which still gets played every week) and every Nintendo console still work, though. They don't make em like they used to.
