Damn straight I am. In my opinion, a kid shouldn't have video games until he/she can work for the money to pay for it themselves.

I say you let kids play video games once you've taught them right from wrong, and once they are mature enough to realize that what happens in videogames, stays in videogames. Hell, my 10 year old sister plays Halo 2 and Counter-Strike Source (albeit not very successfully ) and the only problem she's got is the sheer power of irritation.

[addition] I started playing games at the tender age of eight or something, and I turned out fine. Good ol' Super Mario and Star Fox. And Bloody Rage (possibly the wrong name), some gory fighting game that pit hideous monsters and dinosaurs against each other in a fight to the death. Includes special finishing moves, like ripping your opponent's heart out and devouring it!

Of course the other argument of this is that video games enhance intelligence. How else would this 4 year old know what he was doing?

Then again...

He (the officer) then thought that the car had possibly taken off by itself from a nearby gasoline station, without anyone at the controls.

If these cars are able to run on their own, we could call it a kidnapping.
