Hhahahaha, was chatting with nightshade, and just realised that the song "5" 15'" by the Who, is about a really bad drug trip 
First thing I noticed, he said something about him not being on uppers or downers, and it reminded me of that line "Uppers and Downers, either way i'm stoned" (figured out that it's really "either way blood flows", but meh).
But yeah, I put the song on to see if I could catch more, and the first thing I noticed, the song starts off going "why should I care?", and it's really peaceful. Kinda like lounge music. Then, all of a sudden, it sounds like a mother****ing clown house, with horns all over the place and funky guitar riffs going rambo.
And there's the line "Inside Outside, LEAVE ME ALONE! Inside Outside, NOWHERE IS HOME! Inside Outside, WHERE HAVE I BEEN? Out of my brain on the 5, 15"
Looking up the lyrics, I don't see how I couldn't have noticed this earlier D:

I figure "Black Dog" Is about some guy who goes and gets laid like, a ton, gets massive STDage, then wants to settle down.
