500 Days of Summer

I've heard this is really good, and I'm totally in love with Zooey Deschanel. I want to see it.

It really isn't a love story though, or it's pretty much the worst one on the planet.

as sappy as it is I really want to see this, it seems to sum up my love life perfectly actually :|

I absolutely loved it.

The previews do it no justice whatsoever, the film is absolutely brilliant. See it.

I kinda wanted to see this one. Might go tomorrow or Sunday... there's a theater down the road showing it. I'd have to go by myself though, but whatevs.

I generally hate movies with this premise though, but I saw a preview and inexplicably wanted to see it for no particular reason. Whenever that happens, I usually end up loving the movie.

[edit] Oh gosh I just saw all the reviews and the trailer for District 9 and now I can't decide whether I want to spend money on that, or 500 Days :(

Whos that chick that looks exactly like Zooey Deschanel?

EDIT: Oh lol, theres two chicks who look exactly like her.

Guess which one is Zooey.

The movie isn't really sappy at all.

I'm sure some people woul find the subject matter itself a little sappy. I know if I mentione I was going to see this movie to my friends I woul get some awkward looks ;(

Zooey Deschanel > Katy Perry, in every way possible. I don't know who the other is, but Zooey > her too.

But, and here's the important thing, all three of them are smoking hot.

Joseph Gordon-Lewitt has always been a handsome young man.

This movie is more like "500 days of some whore."

"Help me I ate a Brick an I dun no wat 2 do now"

I always think of him as the 3rd Rock from the Sun boy. He certainly has grown more attractive.

Brick is pregnant with my unborn baby. Top that.

Anyone else think Joseph Gordon-Lewitt could easily play John Hurt as a young man?

I just saw 500 Days. I thought it was good but not great. Definitely nowhere near Eternal Sunshine, for example. Also, it had Voiceover by Omniscient Witty External Character, which I never like.

It made me laugh a few times though, which doesn't happen too often.

So overall, I guess it's worth seeing, but maybe not worth paying to see in a theater.

Maybe I should've seen District 9 instead :p.

saw it
loved it
didn't like the little sister though; too contrived
