6800OC peformance problems

In open areas in HL@ my frame rate breaks to 20-30 like in Water Hazard
my Sttings are
AA:4
AF:8
Water:all
Shadowsff
tex details:high
model detail:high
so what do u thinK?
I also heard 6800 have two powerplugs that need to be connected but I only have one cable left and I couldnt see a second connecor on the Frafix Card

kind of need your other specs man, but 20-30 isn't bad in the most graphically intensive part of the most graphically advanced game made yet.

What drivers you using ??

Why do you have shadows off? Turn them up to the highest setting, then try bringing down the water to reflect world instead of reflect all, that should really help it. Also what resolution are you running at?

at 1024 something and im using the driver that was on the BFG Cs om not sure what knda Version iti is plz guys I need ur help
