You didn't add the 1024x768 option, thats what I use, that the only res I can use, but Im happy.

I play ALL my games at 1280x1200x32 4xAA 4xAF, I never go below.

Does anyone know what the ratios of the two numbers should be to keep a square screen and not have it all distorted? I have so many resolution choices that make my screen look horribly stretched.

the ratio should be 4:3 for normal monitors (not the widescreen kind), which means resolutions that fit prefectly are:

320x240
640x480
800x600
1024x768
1280x960 (although 1280x1024 fits some better for some reason)
1600x1200

I use 1024 on most games, and my desktop, but I'll go up to 1280 on less graphic intensive games like WC3. I'll stick with 1024 for the likes of Battlefield and Half Life 2 tho, it's fine that way on my 17" (monitor )

Also my shitty old monitor won't handle more than 1280x1024 Oh well.

My first screen is a LCD that can't handle anything over 1024x768.
And my other screen is an very old 17" that cant handle anything over 1280x960.
So I use both at 1024x768.

I play most games at 1024x768, I tend to play older games at 1280x960 which is the max my monitor will do.

I use 1024x768, my moniter can goto 1600x1200 though but its too small.
