Like the subject says is the 9500 Pro still clock locked or can I OC it?

What bios did you flash it with? And is it very stable?

I believe it was the 9500_33.BIN bios, but I'd have to check. Depends on the card and the type of memory it has.
I'm running very stable at 351/313 but some cards do well, some do not. Some people could barely break 300 on the mem settings, while others were higher than me. There were some other people who flashed the bios and the card wouldn't work right at all (until the re-flashed back to the original bios)
It's the luck of the draw.
I also have a second fan blowing behind the card which surely helps.
All the info is on that rage 3d page...I suggest reading as much as possible about it before tackling it.
Another possiblity is trying the Omega drivers here:

I have not tried them but they apparently unlock the cards without the need of flashing the bios (I flashed it before realizing these existed).

Wewt! Got it up to your speeds without having to flash the bios! yay. thanks alot. Im using the omega drivers and they are wonderful

So far my card has been very stable with no problems whatsoever. I have a fan on both sides of the card. The standard fan on the card, as well as one I rigged up to attach to the slot above the card and blow directly on its back. The second fan is an old one I stipped off a heatsink (not sure of the fan or the speed). I also have a bunch of case fans too (5 additional in the case not including the CPU or PS)
I think the stock speed of a 9700pro is 325/310, if I remember right, so we're beating that pretty handy. Other than the 256 bit memory of the 9700pro vs our 128 bit...we are doing well against the it
