Just to add something, I'd go for Powercolor just for the BRAVO version.
That's a REAL 9600 PRO (even if its memory clock is still higher than a normal PRO).
I really don't know why PC has 9600 PROs with 400Mhz (200) memory speed as a normal 9600 PROs should have 600Mhz (300) mem speed.
The Sapphire Atlantis 9600PROs are a very good choice (red pcbs better than black). Sapphire built cards for ATi (Built By ATi cards).
Anyway, pick whatever floats your boat
