9800xt and HL2

I bought a pc and it had a 9800xt. I didnt get a HL2 voucher though. I emailed the place i bought it from and they said that i didnt get a voucher because they get their cards from sapphire. Is this true? Also there is no mention of sapphire on the card or the manuals.

Normally a Saphire card will have their logo on the heatsink portion of the card, the fan might say Saphire or ATi. You don't get a voucher because they stopped doing them a long time ago, if you go into a store and get a 9800XT right now it will not have a voucher, its been over a year since they started that program and it ended sometime before or around July as far as I know the only way to still get the card would be to order one from some company that had 9800XTs left over that had the voucher, it would say on the box. You are out of luck, you'll have to just purchase the game.
