Greetings all,
First off, sorry to make yet another thread about an MMORPG.
I tried searching 9Dragons, but for some reason the search feature just hangs.
I was just curious if anyone here has tried this game & if so, what they thought of it. I took a look at it a week or so ago & from the website, the game looked interesting. So I downloaded the client & after it updated, the game started.
I was surprised. For being free, (Well, you know what I mean) the game is actually pretty darn good. For those that don't know, it's an Asian themed, martial arts MMORPG. Like most games of this type, you have the ability to pick either a male or female player & then customize their appearance to some degree. Once ingame, you are free to do pretty much anything. There are a large number of missions to do along with several different factions to join, each offering different combat styles. From hand & foot Kung Fu, to drunken boxing to weapons, such as Staffs, swords, axes, spears, daggers & more. What really caught my eye, was that when you learned a skill, you had to practice it for it to level up. So if say you choose hand & foot Kung Fu, you learned a very basic attack, which if constantly used, would improve not only the damage you do, but the actual combat animations as well.
