A breathtaking (and optimistic) preview of Prince of Perisa: Warrior Withing

This game is in my top 3 games to get before reading a single review (HL2 and Call of Duty expension being the two others). This preview made it easier for me to shell out the $50 bucks blindly.

A gamebad makes the game a lot easier, especially teh combat (ie: blocks and counterattacks).

combat is pretty easy anyway(early on in the game)

All you gotta do is press the rmb and it will block any location for you.

Yep, wait till you get to the enemies with the heavy weapons, no more blocking then, then all you can do it roll like crazy (plus you can't jump them anymore later in the game ).

Not when it comes to the blue pikemen and big blue guards.

combat is pretty easy anyway(early on in the game)

All you gotta do is press the rmb and it will block any location for you.

But you have to jump on some occassions, it's easy, and I prefer roll more than block, you get to roll faster than you block, and you can do some kind of 'swipe' attack counter.
I have mastered all the Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time moves...it's a bad thing really, it means I have too much time.

But I can beat the game without getting hurt! (Not all together)
I have no life...

Whats so hard about combat. Nine times out of ten you can launch off the wall knock your opponent down and wack him with the dagger. Easy as pie.

Some guys can counter a lot of your moves. If you try to vault over a blue coloured character, they counter and push you off. Some attacks are blocked instantly such as counter-retrieval and the wall-rebound attack can be blocked by these guys with chains.

Why can't they have as good as movement and animations in a game like Enter the Matrix, walking on walls and stuff would make the game actually worth playing.

The only game I wouldn't feel ashamed of pirating, they screwed up such a cool licance.
