Im using mozilla browser. it hogs website bandwidth. It takes a intial speed rate and keeps it. Like you know sometimes you see it start at 200kb/sec and then drops to 20kb/sec in 3 sec. Well mozilla kinda takes that 200kb/sec and hogs it sayin NANN NIGGA!
