M4A1 SOPMOD: 2526 triangles
FN F2000: 2296 triangles
Hands: 988 triangles

Tell me what you guys think.
 
looking good...the m4 renders dont show the model of very well and u need to add a mesh smooth modifier to the hand.
 
hmmm.... looking pritty good, I would look into where u need to distribute your detailt hough, because all the detail on the berrel of the m4 is pritty pointless. It looks ncie though but if it was used in a game I dought much of it would be seen. Nice work though. They should look good when finished.

I'll assume you ment smoothing groups. Never EVER use Mesh smooth to a low poly model. Ever.
 
Yeah, I'll agree with that. Never knew that a cube could become a sphere till I tried it :E.

I like the model for the hand, though. IMHO, hands in games often seem rather strange looking, and I'm not talking about square fingers. The wrist jointing on game characters often looks odd to me.
 
true the hand on CS 1.6 seem to big for the wrists looks dogy at times
