a HL-2 Wallpaper

I made this today. Go easy on me, I'm not really good with PS.

I think it's a little too gray for my taste, I like minimalism but a lighter shade of gray would probably fit better.

The composition is very good though!

2 things strike my eye when I look at it.

1 - The thin border around the hl2 logo that can be removed by - either using the hl2 logo using vector or use a clean very high resolution logo and change the BG colour by using your paint bucket and then rescale it and put it in your wallpaper

2 - You obviously erased part of the Background of the concept image by using a soft brush. - you can make it blend better by using a more softer brush and a lower brush transparency and erase until it blends better with the Background or try and fill the Background of the wallpaper with the same sort of brushstrokes you have in the Background of the concept and try to make it blend.

I likes it veyr much except for one thing. has it ever occured to people that most have all their icons on the left side of the screen, so maybe it would be better to have the picture on the right...?
