Hi, I'm new to HL2 and I'm kind of stuck. Its not a gameplay issue totally, but software related I think. I'm at the part where you first get the MudSkipper. First you have to open a valve to make these doors open, but whenever I try to use it, e, the valve barely budges and the doors don't open. I also got this text box off on the side which says:
A.I. Disabled

I think that is the problem. Is there anyway to "enable" it? I've looked through the options but couldn't find any. I've also tried restarting the game a few times, but it still won't let me open the doors and still has that A.I. message. If anyone has any information, I'd be grateful.
Thanks
-Ibrahim

you come here asking for help from fans of the series when you have clearly stolen the game - unbelievable

Thats what the "Rating System" is for.
If people are getting crap then they'll report it. So sorry if some fool buys hardware from someone with too much negatice feedback or no feedback at all.

LOL - if you put your trust in the rating system, it's still a gamble. I knew a guy who sold broken hard drives on eBay (as working) and his rating was the best. He worked some loopholes in the system and looked like he was an angel. I forget how he did it - he'd wait for x amount of days before shipping it so by the time the buyer got it it was too late to post feedback. He'd also have friends do mock sales and get his feedback up. There were other loopholes - ugly.

If he put the bid as "Working" and the buyers got a non working product, then they should have reported him.

Their own fault for letting it slide.

I don't trust ebay at all, never bought anything from it and I don't plan on doing so in teh future. Too much risk involved imo. And I would never buy hardware from there, always buy new, you don't know what condition it will be in when it arrives, no matter what the sale description said.
