actually its owned by some random guy who is selling pieces of it.

all I know is that conan has sector L7

heh, there are a few sites out there selling the moon...Many of them claim to be doing so by the authority of the UN. What the UN ahs to do with it i don't know, since its not really part of earth. I mean, its a sattelite granted, but we didn't put it there.

Anyway, the guy who really owns the moon is the guy who goes up and puts a fence there first.
