She should get a costume change, but it should be in such a way as not to alter her appearance too much. She can't be wearing a HUGE bulky coat it would change her outline (which we have all grown to appreciate). Similar colors and design features should also be kept. Brown jacket, Black mesa something, belt, and gloves. The only difference would be that they would be "beefed up" for a colder climate.... but not too beefy.

I wonder if there is an artists here who could do a sketch.

Yea.... that's what we want to avoid. What if they give Alyx some sort of HEV suit? wouldn't have to look anything like Gordon's but its an idea.

I'd still prefer variations of the original look and theme. We want her to look different... but not too different.

if ep3 does indeed take us more north, shell probably change outfits but you have to realize this game takes place over the course of weeks, not years so i doubt any hair growth or something drastic like that would happen.

I think for HL2: Ep3, Alyx should have a little bit longer hair, warmer clothes and better fingers... god they were hideous in HL2, Ep1 and Ep2.

I like this one too, looks very combat friendly (its almost like a female, light-weight version of the HEV suit - designed for speed and protection). It's just amazing how many bullets she can withstand with just her hoodie, jeans and jacket - titanium clothes?

I'm assuming that we are indeed going to a cold place because if you played Episode 2, you would have noticed on the TV screen while talking to Eli the Borealis surrounded by ice.
