I think this falls under a Federal Offense. Unless the person happens to be a minor, he is probably pretty FUCTED! The FBI will most likely get in on this.

I'm pretty sure the FBI is already on this. Gabe just asked the community because the kids who do it usually tell their friends about it to boost their ego and sooner or later someones will hear sth. about it.

That's also the way they caught the 15 year old guy (mafiaboy) who DoSd yahoo and amazon.

Well he's committed a federal offense and it's obviosly premeditated. There is no way he can get a some sort "get out of jail free card"

However, the punishment will probably be much less severe if he were to confess now.

(I know nothing about the US judicial system, I'm just waffling)
