I suspect its due to Mr. Thompson and his radical views that have recently come to the forefront of the videogaming discussion. What a shame.

Still, look at those screenshots--as I thought: hideous. What a piss-poor attempt at a game. I wonder what engine they used. Does anyone think that a legitimate development house would let these folks license their engine? No way IMHO. They probably made their own and I'll bet it sux. Good.

oh shit, the publisher of the game is canadian although canada's hate laws almost shut them down till it was bought by american William Pierce (the head of the National Alliance and author of the terrorist handbook: the Turner Diaries)

Our law goes somewhat like this:
Crimesection,16th chapter §8 He/she who in utterance or in other message that spreads threatens or express disdain for ethnic group or other group of persons with allusion on race , skin colour , national or ethnic derivation , creed or sexual disposition, is judged for “hate-crime” to prison to the most two years, or if the crime is slight, to fine.
If the crime serious he/she is judged to prison, at the lowest six months and at the most four years. When considering if the crime is serious the court shall especially consider if the message had an especially threatening or violating content and if it was spread to a large number of people in a manner that was meant to grow considerable attention.
