It ain't religions that are the problem, the world has been controlled by them since the beginning of humanity. The ****ed up shit going on now (20th century - present) is ****ed up, yeah. But why? Who the **** knows. Probably the human flaw - anyway, not religious. If it's not religion it's going to be something else... It's a basic principle of people with their own agendas: exploit others. Religion, right now, is just the easiest way to exploit people.
Getting rid of religion because it's used as a catalyst for war is pointless. It's kind of like finding a cure for deadly illnesses. Let's say cancer is cured, people will start dieing from heart attacks. Let's say heart attacks are cured, people will start dieing from diabetes. Let's say all illnesses/accidental causes of death are cured, people will start dieing from suicide. You can't stop it, it will manifest itself in every way possible until the end of time. HUMAN NATURE.
