Yeah, since I decided to drop in for a bit (You last visited: 20-02-2005 at 02:47 AM)

And was taking pictures of things, since I finally got around to buying one of those digital camera thingies, I figured I'd fullfill a promise from way back when.

Anyway, here is what I came back from WCG(World Cyber Games) with(minus the books and shirt, those came in the mail prior) I figured I'd get out all my old Hl2.net memorablia...ah, the memories.

Anyway, can't find where I placed the signed posters from valve that I said I'd take a picture of...hmmm.
(oh, and I promised a picture of me that isn't a nose cam shot...my seldomly used myspace http://www.myspace.com/jamesdesimas )

World Cyber Games 2004, a gathering of the words best video game players...the highlight was the Counter-Strike one...crowned as the best CS team in the world...was interesting to talk to them, and I know I've never met more gamer-ish gamers in my life, nor do I ever think I will...

As for the shirt, there was(to my knowledge) only one ever made, before we ran into legal complications.

Actually most of us "vets" are still here, about 10-15 are still left. I dunno about you, but I see it as we're still the same. I could never understand "newb" moderators, because most have been here for a year, and those haven't been a year, they are pretty close to it. Are you going to pull a Garfield_ when leaving? That would be great if you did. :E

there's an idea, though - Munro could set up a cafepress site selling halflife2.net teeshirts and whatnot. I'd buy one, and wear it too, nerdy as I can be.
