theres a phone number i've seen that has a few 8, 4, and 0's in it and it seems to be of some importance. im not gonna say the full number but i would like to know the truth about this number. yes i know the number and if you do please dont post it. has anyone called it? if so what was your responce?

(or they have to punch in an identity code before calling, which will route them through a reserved line in a telephone exchange)
