A strange problem at round "We Don't go to Ravenholm..."

I got some problems at round "We Don't go to Ravenholm..." I can hit, shoot but everyone is freeze. I can kill them, take their weapon, but i can not through out this round because my partner can not move to tell me how to pass this one. I just play single user. How can i sovle this problem. If can not solve maybe i must to replay this game from beginning beacause I have deleted some saving round before. Thanks

just go to new game and try restarting the level............
if that doesnt work u might have a virus and ull need to reformat............
