Its all...weird now This is the worst UI update they have ever done. The whole gray theme on the side of the video area is very distracting.


Your thoughts? Better or worse?

The whole thing looks more dumbed down in my opinion. But maybe its just the first impression people get when presented with new changes. Maybe il grow to like it, but right now im hating it.

hm weird. It happened to me after i cleared out my cookies, or maybe that was just a coincidence.

Song is ok i guess, i was just looking around for new songs that i might like.

It happens when you click the arrows that point down and right. Press the arrows that point up and left to return it to its original size.

Emptied my cache and now it shows.
The new layout's fine I guess but how do you hide comments? I've always done this, even one accidental quick glimpse of a YT comment can traumatize me for the rest of the day.

Overall it's not really that different. Basically the video info is now above the comments, and the "More from this user" is under the title of the video.

It's a bit too gray though for me.

The new layout was disgusting, thankfully I just cleared my cache and everything returned to normal. Looked like an even more bastardised version of Facebook and was just as buggy, eugh.

i don't mind the youtube update, but the firefox latest auto update makes scrolling up and down 5-10 times slower and choppier. its updates that slow things down that piss me off a lot more than aesthetics

The best UI update they did was the first one. I can't remember the exact changes, but I just remember being very pleased with it....and from there they've all irritated me with unnecessary buttons and the like. C'mon Google, less is more, you know this.
