I fail to see why this is discrimination. As much as the dress code is ridiculous, she wouldn't have been moved if she removed the sweater and brought the issue up with the manager after she got off work or another day. If she had removed it, she wouldn't have been moved because she was wearing her given uniform, only then if she was moved to the stockroom would it be discrimination.
I don't think it would be bad if she won the lawsuit though, since Abercrombie & Fitch can certainly afford to pay her £25,000. I just don't see how she could win the lawsuit.
