Ads In The posts -- Why do Mods keep closing these threads in the FEEDBACK forum??

Mods, why do you obsessively close each and every thread in the site feedback forum that discusses the new text ads in our posts? Isn't this type of commentary that the feedback forum is for? By closing these, you only cause more threads, since our questions have still not been answered, and there are obviously people who still want to comment on this (and it is even in the feedback forum, which is exactly where it should be). By closing these, you are saying that you don't care what your customers have to say, you don't really want us using the feedback forum for feedback, and you don't even want us discussing our feelings on the site changes. I feel that the in-text ads cheapen and denigrate what HAD been a decent and respectable site, and when I finally do leave these forums (which may be very soon if the ads stay) it will be THESE ads that cause me to leave, combined with the attitude that you don't want us discussing it, and will close any discussion on it.

It's been discussed to death already. We'll close any thread thats just repeating the same tired arguments again and again.

If you wish to discuss this rather than turn it into an argument, email Munro, its nothing to do with the staff... That also means don't PM the mods about it because we wont reply, its out of our hands and nothing to do with us.
