Advice: Guy keeps flirting with my girlfriend

Hey all, things are still going great with my girlfriend except for one small problem.

My girlfriend is friends with this guy, who's an egotistical, jock dumbass and is completely evil to anyone who's not an attractive teenage girl. Hence, my girlfriend thinks he's a really nice guy, but the rest of us know the truth...

Anyways.

The problem is he's been flirting with my girlfriend, online and off. Calling her occasionally, asking if she was single yet, and being extremely flirtacious online and on the phone.

So what do you guys think I should do about this? I guess the natural thing to do would be to give him a broken nose, but this kid is like 3 times my size, so that is definitely not an option.

Any advice?
 
Hmmm, well if you're anything like me, you would realize whats really important here.


Videogames, shut yourself of from the temptations of this female for a few weeks,but before you do, do something extremely romantic and nice for here then go on your own pilgrimage playing games night and day trying to find your innergeek... Here is the key, during this time, the girl will assume that the two of you have broken up and start dating the jock. (just keep to yourself, at least 3 or 4 weeks) When you come out of your room, you will either discover 1 of 2 outcomes:

1. She and the jock would have went out long enough for her to realise how much of a jerk this guy was and what she was missing and immediately want you back (but you will have to make the move, girls have to much pride for this)
OR
2. She will be madly in love with jerkjock thus, she really isn't the girl for you if she could love a prick like him... Let them marry, let her get pregoz at an early age, miss college and become a boring oprah watching drama quee, newport smoking nag of a housewife, while dumb jock guy makes peanuts at a hard steelefactory only to come home and beat her and get himself arrested put in jail and a$$ raped by a big hairy guy named bubba joe jackson in cell block 15 thus they get what they diserve. Got it?
 
Seriously, what is with all of these relationship advice threads popping up lately?
 
Ugh, I will never understand why some of the sweetest girls out there are attracted to totally self-centered idiots.

What exactly does your girlfriend think about this situation? I would think that if she cares about you she would be willing to tell this guy to piss off. I know you probably don't want to tell your significant other to snub one of her friends, but how good of a friend can this guy be anyway?

Tell her what you think of him.
 
Might just work!

If you realy want an quick answer, threaten to break up! If she really likes you then she'll be with you no matter what! Doing this depends on what is your relationship with her! If its just sex then she'll probably break up (unless you're really good :thumbs: ), if its love then she'll give it a second thought!

Thats the frightening part: She does know what I think of him. And I'm beginning to get the impression that she doesnt mind these advances too much...

the best thing is just to do what you've always done ....she is your girlfriend, you gotta trust her

but that doesnt mean you have to sit idly by while dumbass jock makes the moves on your girl ..just remind her (indirectly of course) how much better of a person you are than dumbass jock ...failing that just have one of the people he's been mean to, talk to your girlfriend. Or you could always pee on his mom's flower garden ;)

Follow my advice and you dont need to worry about seeing her again, and then you can say that you have been there, after that there is really nothing left to do.

Ah, well damn dude, why didn't you tell us this earlier? If he eats babies then its simple. Have him get in the car with you and go for a ride and a "talk" then "accidentally" break down in front of the maternity ward at the hospital, he'll be busy for days! (then you leave the country)

Why dont you tell your girlfriend how you feel? just dont seem possesive or jealous.
Tell her you feel concerned about it, is he bothering her? what's going on?... "I thought you liked me.." etc
 
well I think I already handled this but lemme state again:

My girlfriend is well aware of my feelings towards this guy, and what he is doing. And she almost seems to enjoy teasing him when he flirts, as if to torture him. But I'd much prefer if she told him to go to hell.

Which, again, she also knows.

Let's face it, girls like attention. Women pretend to be interested in a man simply because they like the attention they're getting, and they like watching gullible fools drool all over them. It's called being a cocktease, every girl can do it and every guy can fall for it.

For example, today I came home from work and found this guy in my sister's car with her. After giving him the standard big brother "If you even breathe on my sister I'll cut off your penis" menacing glare I noticed that she was using him to install a new stereo in her car. I almost feel sorry for him, because he brings my sister flowers everytime he comes over, right before he fixes something. Of course, she is not interested in him romantically.

Maybe you should ask your gf if she has feelings for this guy or is just leading him on, which could be the case. Sometimes the worst thing you can do in a relationship is avoid a confrontation about a sensitive issue. If she needs a good talking to then you better start talking.

you just need to let her know that the guy is a sleeze, and you don't want her to get 'hurt' etc.
Tell her that when he hits on her, its like he's trying to undermine you or something, and normally you wouldnt care but he's doing it so much etc

or, you could just ask her why she lets him get away with it..

Thanks FortisVir, that actually makes sense.

She's always been known as a bit of a tease to everyone, and people warned me not to get involved with her romantically.

However, that was two months before summer, and school is already starting soon, and the two of us are quite happy with each other. People are going to be amazed when school returns that we're still together.

Perhaps this situation is a continuation of her teasing ways? Anyways, I'm gonna ask her if she has any feelings for him as soon as she's back from vacation.
 
Just incase she isn't just being a tease and you want to put a stop to the whole thing here is an elaborate plan that may not be possible to pull off but if it does then you are home free.

Find out what quality in a man your girlfriend hates and your dumbass jock posseses. Then set something up so that this other guy ends up displaying it unknowingly in front of her. Then hopefully she will start hating him and your problem is solved.

It may not do anything though, I don't know your particular situation.

talk to ur girlfriend..tell her how u feel and everything..and the best thing with relationships is trust..
 
Its all in genetics that causes alot of girls to like some jackasses. Self-centered idiots usually have a very strong will, and often the same way guys are attracted to large breasts women are attracted to guys with strong wills. Not much you can do about it.

you say hes a "jock" right...well...i know some people, who knows some people, who can break his legs...in 1 to 3 crucial area's.... but theres a price....
 
Here is something simple you can do. Get a baseball bat and swing it at his head when he is alone somewhere. A full power swing will knock down anyone unaware. Once he is knocked out break his arms or legs, I prefer both :devil:. If he sees you then he won't bother you ever again. If he didn't see who hit him and still flirts with your girl, then repeat the process.
