Advisory look

is there a command or something to get the screen like this when advisors are not around?
it'll be so cool to play the whole game with all those spooky colors.

it's time for you to learn about colour correction. Check the valve developer wiki. In-game, type colorcorrectionui in the console and play around.

thanks , but still whatever I do I can't get that advisory look, not even near to anything looking like that, any advice?

stupid question but... you do have HDR turned on right? otherwise its just the way they lit the map. Cant think of anything else. But color correction seems the most obvious solution. good luck
