After the CS:S beta

When the CS:S beta finally ends, will Steam uninstall CS:S automatically, or will I have to manually go into the Valve folder and delete everything myself?

Don't laugh, he's serious and is also completely correct. The CS:S caches and other content will indeed be smashed by an iron hammer.

I'm just thinking that if they wanto release CS: S with HL2 in September, they got to do a lot of work.. i mean there's a lot of maps to remodel. Maybe they have modelled all the maps already but they just gave us one map to test it.

There's quite a long list of the ones they have done. I'm sure since the beta started they've been working on more.

I think once all the bugs are ironed out they should make it a demo.

Well pretty much everyone is treating it as a demo already, apart from changing the word "beta" to "demo" how exactly would anything be different?

I dont think the Beta will end, the CS 1.6 Beta didn't. They'll just update what we do have when the game gets released.
