Agp Speed Help

Hey guys, Sorry if you have heard this alot, but i searched the forums and didnt come up with anything to help. Im trying to turn up my AGP speed, I have radeon 9800 pro, and im having some problems. Under Smartgart, it says my AGP Speed is Off. So i move the slider up to 4x to start, and i click apply. It says i have to restart, so i do and when i go check out the speed, its back to off. SO, I then go into bios, because it says thats where I change the speed.. I go into bios, and i cant find anything about the AGP speed.. the Only thing i find is AGP Apeture size... I have a MSI 865 Neo2 series Motherboard. So, does anybody have any ideas what to do.. Sorry, im kinda a noob when it comes to settin up stuff like this, so any help would be nice.
